Privacy Policy
Updated November 5, 2026. This policy explains the current Brodyverse.com website. Brodyverse is intended for children ages 4–10 and their grown-ups.
Who operates this site
Brodyverse is operated by the Brodyverse site owner. Parents and guardians can reach the owner through the contact page. Children should ask a grown-up to contact us and should not send personal information.
Information the games request
We do not ask children for names, email addresses, dates of birth, photos, recordings, location, account credentials or payment details. There are no child accounts, public profiles, chat, uploads or contact forms. The application does not include analytics, advertising identifiers or social-media embeds.
Saved progress on your device
Your browser may store motion preferences, completed activity identifiers and game checkpoints. Expedition saves contain the chapter, collected supplies, escort/completion state and discovery notes. Trivia saves contain a question deck and next-question position, not a history of answers. These records stay in this browser and are not sent to a Brodyverse database or synchronized across devices.
Start again clears the current game save. A grown-up can clear all Brodyverse play progress through Parents and settings, or delete the site’s browser data. Records otherwise remain until cleared or removed by the browser. If browser storage is unavailable, play works with visit-only progress.
Hosting and connection information
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes network information needed to deliver and protect it, such as IP addresses, requested URLs and request headers. Its handling and retention are governed by its services and account configuration. Application code does not add an analytics or personal-information collection endpoint. We do not claim that hosting processes no personal information.

Sound, drawing and printing
Sound starts off. Optional read-aloud uses a voice reported by the browser as local to the device. Dinosaur effects are generated on the device. We do not use the microphone or record voices. Coloring and exported drawings stay on the device; printing and saving files use the browser’s own tools.
Advertising: current status and future plans
Brodyverse is preparing for Google AdSense review. No Google advertising script or ad unit is currently loaded, and no Google advertising cookies are currently set by our application. The AdSense account meta tag and ads.txt identify the publisher for verification; they do not themselves load advertisements.
Before enabling advertising, we need to configure child-directed/age-restricted treatment, document the actual advertising vendors and data practices, and address applicable notice and consent requirements. Child-directed advertising must not use interest-based personalization or remarketing. Google’s site approval alone does not establish legal compliance. We will update this notice to describe the actual setup before any ad technology is activated.

Requests from parents and guardians
Use the contact page for privacy questions or concerns about information you may have voluntarily emailed. Please avoid sending children’s personal information. We have no child-account database to look up; device-only progress can be deleted using the controls described above. Email you choose to send is handled through the owner’s email provider, not a form on this site.
Grown-up gates
Some actions ask a grown-up to help, including printing, exporting and opening external contact links. These reading gates are not identity verification, proof of age or verified parental consent. Reading this policy does not require a gate.

We will revise this policy when the site’s practices change. The date above identifies this version. We do not claim independent legal or privacy certification.
